Overview
WorshipSavvy is offline-first church presentation software for macOS and Windows, made by Darl.Dev in partnership with Christ-Driven Christian Fellowship Inc. This policy explains what information we handle across (a) this website and (b) the WorshipSavvy application, and the choices you have.
The short version: the software is designed to run fully offline on your own computer, and your church’s content stays on your hardware. We do not sell personal information — ever.
This website
This marketing site uses Microsoft Clarity for anonymized, aggregated traffic and usage analytics (such as page views, approximate location, device type, and anonymized session heatmaps/recordings) so we can understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Clarity may set cookies and receive your IP address as part of ordinary web requests. We do not use this data to identify you personally or sell it.
If a notify/waitlist form is shown at any point, the email address you submit is used only to contact you about WorshipSavvy’s launch and major updates. It is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
The WorshipSavvy application
Local by design. WorshipSavvy is offline-first. Songs, scripture, sermons, media, schedules and settings you create are stored locally on the computer where the software is installed. The application does not require an online account to function.
No telemetry requirement. The application works with your internet connection fully disabled. If a future version adds an optional online feature (for example, update checks or cloud backup), it will be opt-in, described here, and the software will keep working without it.
Your content is yours. We do not access, copy, or claim any right to the songs, lyrics, scripture readings, images, videos or service plans your church creates with the software.
Information you send us directly
If you email us for support, feedback or partnership, we receive whatever you choose to include (typically your name, email address and message). We use it only to respond and improve WorshipSavvy, and we keep it only as long as needed for those purposes.
Third-party services
This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts and uses Microsoft Clarity for analytics; both may receive your IP address as part of any ordinary web request. The application itself does not embed advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Scripture texts bundled with the software (such as KJV, ASV, WEB and Ang Dating Biblia 1905) are public-domain or freely licensed translations; using them does not send your data anywhere.
Children
WorshipSavvy is a tool for church media teams and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security & retention
Because church content lives on your own machines, its security depends primarily on your own device practices; we recommend standard measures such as full-disk encryption and regular backups. Information you email us is handled with care and deleted on request.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information you have sent us (such as a waitlist email), or ask us to stop contacting you. We will honor requests made through our contact channels. Because the application stores data locally, you can also delete all of your data at any time by removing it from the app or uninstalling the software.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as WorshipSavvy evolves — for example, if optional online features ship. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date on this page, and significant changes will be announced on the website.
