Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WorshipSavvy website and the WorshipSavvy application. WorshipSavvy is church presentation software for macOS and Windows, made by Darl.Dev in partnership with Christ-Driven Christian Fellowship Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

T-02

The software

WorshipSavvy lets churches project and manage songs, scripture, sermons and media during services. It is a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store and the Microsoft Store. The application is offline-first: it runs on your own computer and stores your content locally.

The software is in active development ahead of a 1.0 release. Features shown on this website may change, and some (such as livestreaming controls and a phone remote) are on the roadmap and not yet available.

T-03

License & purchase

The application is distributed through the Mac App Store (macOS) and the Microsoft Store (Windows) and is subject to those stores’ terms in addition to these Terms. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the software for your church or personal use.

T-04

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you load into WorshipSavvy — songs, lyrics, scripture readings, images, videos and service plans. We claim no ownership over it.

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you project. That includes complying with copyright licenses (for example, CCLI or other song-usage licenses) when your use of a song or media file requires one.

T-05

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the software or website for any unlawful purpose; (b) redistribute the software in violation of its license; (c) misrepresent the software as your own product or remove its attribution; or (d) attempt to interfere with the operation of our website.

T-06

Scripture translations

Bible translations bundled with the software (including KJV, ASV, WEB and Ang Dating Biblia 1905) are in the public domain or made available under free licenses. Their terms, where any apply, are included with the software, and your use of those translations is additionally subject to them.

T-07

No warranty

The website and application are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. As with any presentation tool, we recommend testing your service plan before the service starts.

T-08

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darl.Dev and Christ-Driven Christian Fellowship Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost data, lost savings or interrupted services — arising from your use of or inability to use the website or application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

T-09

Changes to the software and these Terms

We may improve, change or discontinue parts of WorshipSavvy as it develops, and we may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
