Why churches choose WorshipSavvy on Windows

Most small churches run Windows PCs in the booth. WorshipSavvy gives you the core of what you’d expect from EasyWorship — songs with CCLI credits, scripture from ten bundled Bibles, sermon slides and background media — without the yearly subscription or the learning curve. Buy it once from the Microsoft Store and own it.

It’s the same app on Mac and Windows, so if your team is mixed, everyone runs an identical service. Prefer Mac? WorshipSavvy is also on the Mac App Store.

Questions, answered

FAQ.

What is WorshipSavvy?

WorshipSavvy is church presentation software for Mac and Windows that puts song lyrics, Bible verses, sermon points and background media on the big screen during a service. Built for small and medium churches, it runs the whole service from one simple window, works fully offline, and is a one-time purchase — a lightweight alternative to EasyWorship and ProPresenter. It is made by Darl.Dev in partnership with Christ-Driven Christian Fellowship.

How much does WorshipSavvy cost?

WorshipSavvy is a one-time purchase from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store — there is no monthly or yearly subscription. You pay once and own it, with no trial nag, no license keys and no account to manage.

What platforms does WorshipSavvy run on?

WorshipSavvy runs on macOS 10.13 or later (Mac App Store) and Windows 10 or later (Microsoft Store). It is the same app on both platforms, so a mixed Mac-and-Windows team can run identical services.

Is WorshipSavvy a good EasyWorship alternative for small churches?

Yes. WorshipSavvy is built for small and medium churches that want EasyWorship-style song, scripture and sermon presentation without a subscription. It is a one-time purchase, runs fully offline on your own computer, and keeps the operator window simple so volunteers can run a service with little training.

How is WorshipSavvy different from ProPresenter?

ProPresenter is a powerful, subscription-based tool aimed at larger productions. WorshipSavvy is deliberately simpler and is a one-time purchase, so a small or medium church gets song, scripture, sermon and media presentation that a volunteer can run on a Sunday — without the cost or complexity of a pro broadcast suite.

Does WorshipSavvy work offline?

Completely. The app runs with your internet connection disabled — songs, ten bundled Bible translations, sermons, media and your service schedule all live on your own machine. Nothing is sent to the cloud and no account is required.

Is there a Windows version of WorshipSavvy?

Yes. WorshipSavvy is available on the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 and later, and on the Mac App Store for macOS 10.13 or later. It is the same app on both — a one-time purchase that runs fully offline.

Is WorshipSavvy a subscription?

No. WorshipSavvy is a one-time purchase with no subscription, no trial nag and no sign-in. You buy it once from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store and own it.

Can I import my songs and does WorshipSavvy support CCLI?

Yes. You can add songs with lyrics, author, copyright and CCLI number, and the title slide shows those credits automatically. Paste lyrics in, tag verses and choruses, and arrange repeats the way your team sings them. You are responsible for holding the right CCLI or song-usage license for the material you project.

Can a volunteer run WorshipSavvy on a Sunday?

That is the whole point. One window runs the service — build the order of service, then advance with the spacebar or arrow keys, and jump to the logo, a black screen or a clear background with single keys. Most volunteers are comfortable after one service.

Does WorshipSavvy support livestreaming?

WorshipSavvy drives a second display for your projector or TV, which many churches capture for their stream today. Dedicated livestreaming controls are on the roadmap. In the meantime the live output works with the capture and streaming setup you already use.

Who makes WorshipSavvy?

WorshipSavvy is built by Darl.Dev (Darl Jed Matundan) in partnership with Christ-Driven Christian Fellowship, a local church. It started as a better way to present the Bible and song lyrics on a Sunday, and every feature is tested against real services.

How do church members follow the service on their phones?

WorshipSavvy serves a view-only stage display over your local network. Anyone on the same Wi-Fi can open it in a browser by typing the address or scanning the on-screen code — no app to install and nothing to sign in to. (A phone remote that controls the output is on the roadmap.)

Which Bible translations are included?

Ten translations are bundled and searchable offline, including public-domain and freely licensed texts such as the KJV, ASV, WEB and Ang Dating Biblia (1905). You can search a reference or keyword and send a passage straight to the screen.
